Sunderdhunga Glacier (3206mts and upwards): Sunderdhunga means the valley of beautiful stones. The valley is situated to the west of PINDARI valley and has two glaciers: Maktoli and Sukhram, and the main peaks are Tharkot(6100mts.), Mrigthuni(6856mts.), Mailktoli(6804mts.) and Pawalidwar (6663mts.). The route to Sunderdhunga is the same upto Khati as is the trek to Pindari and Kafni.

Loharkhet to Dhakuri to Khati (17kms by trek)
3rd Day
Khati to Jatauli (8kms by trek)
4th Day
Jatauli to Kathlia (14 kms by trek)
5th Day
Kathlia to Sunderdhunga Back Kathlia 14kms by trek)
6th Day
Kathlia to Khati (13kms by trek)
7th Day
Khati to Dhakuri (14kms by trek)
8th Day
Dhakuri to to Loharkhet and drop at Saung (1:00PM) (12kms by trek)
